Welcome to the 127th St Anne's
Scout Troop, we currently have 28 Scout's But always
welcome new comers. We meet on a Thursday evening
7pm-9pm at Eastwinds Activity Centre St Anne's Terrace Brislington.
(term time only) We ask that all Scouts arrive five
minutes before the start so that they can settle and
that you arrive five minutes before the end so you can
here any notes and news. Your son/daughter will have a
three-five week probation where
we can see if they want to stay with in scouting, after
this they will be enrolled into the group, after this
subs will be due.
My
name is Rich and I am the Scout Leader, I have
been in Scouting since I was a beaver myself, I have two
assistant scout leaders (A.S.L) Kat and Rivka and one
young leader (Y.L) Harry, all have a good knowledge of
Scouting. We take part in lots of activities at both
group and district level, camps and competitions. We go
away over night for hikes and long weekends and even a
week in the summer there is no part of the year when we
wont go away camping. (even in the winter months)

Scouts wear a
full uniform. Scouting is a uniformed organisation and
the uniform tells everyone that you are a Scout. For
instance, people can tell which Group you belong to by
looking at the colour of your neckerchief. |

|
Perhaps you
know a friend who is a Scout ... ask them if you
can come along to a Troop Night meeting and see what all
the fuss is about.
You can also email using the
link below and we will contact you with information on
joining.

As well as belonging to a Troop
(Group) the Scouts can also take part in District events
