How old are Beavers?

Beaver Scouts are boys and girls aged between 6 to 8 yrs.

play games

meet new friends

gain badges

go on outings and visits

create things

What do Beavers wear?

Beaver Scouts wear a full uniform. Scouting is a uniformed organisation and the uniform tells everyone that you are a Beaver Scout. You can also tell which Colony you belong to by looking at the colour of your neckerchief.

The uniform consists of:

Turquoise Sweatshirt

Group Neckerchief

How do I join Beavers?

Perhaps you know a friend who is a Beaver . . . ask them if you can come along to a Colony Night meeting and see what is happening. You can also email join-beavers@256th.org.uk and we will contact you with the relevant details.
