Hi all, As discussed at the last Scout Leaders Meeting, the date for the Y.P.F has now been set(4th Oct 09) and monies alocated towards this. Location for this is Young Bristols building, Pools Warf, Hotwells Rd, Hotwells, Bristol. Please can all Scouts arrive for 9.45am for a 10am start. Pick up point will be confirmed later as the Sailing Club may be moving before the event but pick up time will be 4.30pm. All Scouts MUST arrive and LEAVE in full uniform.
Attached to this is a health form and permision slip that each Scout MUST bring with them or they will be sent home to get it. Can I ask you each to send two Scouts, one P.L and one younger member of the group. All they will need for the day is a packed lunch, drink and a change of clothes, for sailing as Avon Scout Sailing club have offered us the afternoon on the water, AND HEALTH FORM Please can I have all names sent to myself by the Sep 21st 09.
