Welcome to SuperNova
Welcome to the SuperNova Explorer Scout Unit web site. The site has been designed to bring you the latest news about the unit and to make it as easy as possible to find the information you want.
The website is aimed at current members as well as potential new members. You will find details of our latest programme, upcoming events over the next few weeks and all the important forms and downloads in one place.
SuperNova ESU is now in its eighth year and has a membership of about 35 Explorers. We meet on Wednesday evenings at the Eastwinds Activity Centre, St Anne's, Bristol. We are open to male and females between the age of 14 and 18.
Every member of our unit is encouraged to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. This will allow the you to take part in an expedition, help in the community, take up a sport and try a new skill. This is a nationally recognised award scheme. We run this in conjunction with the Scout Association's own awards.
Over the last 7 years we have held trips to Cornwall, Devon, France, Lake District, Switzerland, London & Wales.
