Cheddar Gorge day hike - Sunday 1st February 2009
After a leisurely start, we arrived at Charterhouse at 10:30am. Fortunately everyone had studied the map, knew where they were and where they were going. After assuring Wattsy they needed no help everyone started walking - in the wrong direction!
The rest of the walk to Cheddar was very pleasant and we made it for lunch at 1:00pm.
After sampling the local produce, we started back. On the top of the gorge we picked up some other walkers who were lost and took them back to their path.
