Rebate Scheme for young people attending events organised by Woodhouse Park Activity Centre
At a meeting in 2023 the District Trustees agreed to make retrospective subsidies to groups/units attending events at WHP. The good news is at its meeting of 14th January 2025 it was decided to further extend this until Easter 2026. The rebate scheme does not cover the ‘Birthday Party‘ nor ‘Holiday Club’ packages being offered at Woodhouse Park.

Agreed retrospective subsidy per young person – Any constraint e.g. open to only specific sections.
This scheme does not cover any associated costs over and above the events below e.g. extra costs for extended sessions. Neither does it cover camping, food, transport or similar costs. There may be ‘Early Bird’ lower priced tickets available for some events, so save more taking advantage of these!
For ‘past events’ the claim window is usually open for 3 months after the event but don’t delay, claim today!

To claim, please send a copy of the booking pdf and e-receipt from WHP to contact@bristolsouthscouts.org.uk after the event.
The rebate will be paid to groups/units shortly afterwards.
