In 2023 the District Trustees agreed to make retrospective subsidies to groups/units attending events at WHP. This scheme has been extended several times up to and including the Easter Trail 2026, after that date it will be brought to a close.

However, there will be a rebate for younger people attending the District Fiesta event, along with Cotswold Edge district, 12 to 14 June 2026. £5 for those attending the entire event and £2,50 for day visitors. To claim, please send your booking receipt from Woodhouse to contact@bristolsouthscouts.org.uk
