A very successful AGM of the Bristol South District Scout Council [for the year 2024-25] as held on

Tuesday 15th July 2025 at the 82nd Scout Group HQ Kylross Avenue, Whitchurch. BS14 9NQ

The AGM Minutes 2025 Draft  can be found via the link, these will be presented at the 2026 DAGM for approval.

The meeting proceeded in accordance with the Agenda, with reports and presentations made. In addition to the County Chair, the County Lead Volunteer also attended the AGM, both giving a short address each.

5). 2024-25 Independent Examiners Report for District Accounts as required by The Charity Commission
