District Gang Show 2026
Nights of Magic – 18th/21st February – Bristol South Gang Show
This year’s show was dedicated to Fred Webb, the Scout County Adviser for Creative Activities, a great friend and mentor to our Gang Show, who recommended the award of the coveted red Gang Show neckerchief. A true gentleman and someone who will be greatly missed. RIP. As the Gang put it, ‘Fred, this one is for you’.
Well… what a week. The opening night of the Bristol South Gang Show was amazing and there were over 120 people in the audience cheering them on. The energy in the room was just lovely, that proper community buzz you can’t quite manufacture.

The show was amazing. Honestly. You could see it on their faces, the cast were having such a great time. Big smiles, a few happy nerves, loads of confidence growing right in front of us. It’s one of those evenings where you sit there thinking, this is why we do it and long may it continue. The audience had a wonderful time. Thank you all for coming to see the show. “I came to watch the Gang Show last night [Friday] and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! Congratulations to every single one of you, you were all brilliant so much hard work had gone into the props and costumes. It had everything, it was so entertaining, some parts had me laughing so much!”
Grateful thanks must also go to our wonderful audiences as the annual charity collection raised £418.42 which is being donated to MIND for use in support of their work with children.
