Those of you that were able to join us for the Zoom AGM 2021, you will have heard the wonderful news that the district has a DESC (District Explorer Scout Commissioner), so, a really big WELCOME to Carl, who has given us a some personal background to his Scouting and we are sure he will be in contact with many of you in the fullness of time.
