Exciting news from our County Commissioner, Graham Brant and introducing our new District Commissioner, Paul Harper.


Dear all,

I would like to thank both Scott Stowell and more recently Isabelle Mills for their leadership over the past few months in Bristol South.

It is with great pleasure that I would like to introduce you to Paul Harper who will be coming into Bristol  South as District  Commissioner for the next 18 months to develop and grow a team to take the District forward  in the future.  Paul  has a wealth of scouting experience in most sections and has been a Deputy  County Commissioner in Avon between 2015 and 2018.He will be in touch with his new email address as soon as its available.

I am sure you will join me in welcoming  Paul to the District and he will look forward to getting to know you all in the next few months as we return to face to face scouting .

Thank you to Graham Brant for the introduction. It is a privilege to be stepping into the Bristol South District Commissioner role at this exciting time as we ease our way back out of lockdown. I look forward to meeting the district team and to making new friends and renewing some old acquaintances. I would also like to thank Scott and Isabelle who have provided support with the hand over.
