District Gang Show 2025
Well that’s it, all over for another year, the lights have been switched off and the greasepaint put away, until next year? Huge congratulations and a massive BRAVO! must go to all those who made the show ‘happen’, not just those on stage who were great but also to the unseen many who have been working tirelessly for months to put on a wonderful show. Plus, of course, a massive thank you to all those who came to see the show with a special shout out to those from other Gang Shows, many who travelled quite a distance to support ‘Our Gang’.
Space does not permit ‘Thank Yous’ to all, however, there are those important contributors, helpers and sponsors that we must thank. The Head and team at Bedminster Down School for again letting us use their wonderful facilities. Adrian Cottle for all his ‘tech’, Livewire for the PA, BAR Auto Services sponsorship and all those in the groups who participated, The Producers, Choreography, The backing singers ‘Chicken Supremes’, Guest Appearances, Stage Management, Scenery and Backstage, Sound, Lighting, Music, Front of House, Ticket Sales, Costumes, Dressers, Make Up, Hair, Photography & PR, I could go on and on and on. Ops! nearly forgot Catering and Raffle [though no prizes this year].

2026? Never too early to think about this, always looking out for more cast members, especially the junior cast and volunteers to help with whatever skills they can bring with them and possibly learning a few new ones as well. No confirmed date at present, however, please contact suelewis2808@gmail.com if you are interested.
UPDATE: 6th April 2025.
In a first, the Gang Show goes on the ‘BIG SCREEN’. Members of the cast, crew and guests watched the video of the performance at The Orpheus Cinema, Westbury, complete with popcorn and drinks, singing along with the songs they all know so well but have never seen before now as they had been performing. All really enjoyed the opportunity to relive the great week back in February from the luxury of a cinema seat. How many other Gang Shows can say that? Go to the ‘Gallery Page‘ to see more images.
With special thanks to Beth Haines & Tony Rees (c) for the use of the images.
