District Annual General Meeting 2022

The 2020 and 2021 AGMs were conducted on ‘Zoom’, for the 2022 AGM we are returning to the face to face meeting format.

Notice is given that the AGM of the Bristol South District Scout Council will take place on

Monday 11th July 2022 at the 229th Scout Group HQ, Raynes Road, Ashton

7.20pm for a 7.30pm start.

The meeting will proceed in accordance with the Agenda published below, any voting required will be by ‘show of hands’ with a simple majority required to pass any motions.

To be more environmentally conscious printed copies of all the AGM ‘papers’ will not be ‘on seat’ at the meeting, therefore, you are encouraged to print or download to your own device any copies you may wish to.

2). District AGM Minutes 2020-21 – for approval by the meeting.

Items 3 and 4 are to be ‘received’ by the meeting

3). 2022 Trustees Annual Report

4). 2021-2022 Bristol South Scout District Accounts – (including the Independent Examiner’s Report)

NB: This meeting is to review the year 1.4.2021 to 31.3.2022

5). AGM Minutes 2022 Draft version these will be submitted to the 2023 AGM for approval.
